- Trained and supervised teams of up to 30 restoration technicians, ensuring safety protocols and quality control measures were strictly followed
- Conducted assessments of damaged properties to determine the scope of work and necessary resources
- Prepared detailed project reports, estimates, and documentation for insurance purposes
- Estimating experience in residential, commercial and farming
