Experience supporting litigation, arbitration, mediation, coverage matters, and subrogation through expert-style reports, document review, and cost analyses
Former owner and principal of environmental and property restoration, construction, and evaluation firms
Participation in multiple catastrophe (CAT) events

Industry certifications through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
Former Ontario Building Code Compliance Inspector/Evaluator

Property damage assessment, repair scopes, and construction cost estimates
Evaluation of contributing factors, damage characteristics, site conditions, and external influences
Replacement Cost Value (RCV) and Actual Cash Value (ACV) analyses
Preparation of bid documentation and review of tender submissions
Review and analysis of project documentation, including contractor estimates, invoices, schedules, and supporting records
Proficient in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
