Pario Quantify is pleased to welcome Jonathon (Jay) Power to our Appraisal team. With more than two decades of experience in project management, Jonathon brings a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and client service to his new role. After spending many years working in restoration, he felt it was the right time to embrace a new challenge and explore a different career path. Encouraged by a trusted colleague and motivated by the opportunity for change, Jonathan discovered the world of appraising and was immediately drawn to the profession.

Jay chose to join Pario because he was looking for a fresh challenge, a more balanced pace, and an opportunity to continue growing professionally in a supportive environment. The flexibility of working from home, improved work-life balance, and the chance to work alongside experienced and respected Pario team members were all factors that made the role an attractive next step in his career. He appreciates the rewarding nature of the work and welcomes the opportunity to apply his extensive experience in a new way.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys staying active and keeping busy. He plays hockey several times a week, enjoys golfing whenever he can, and believes in the importance of staying active. He also has a passion for fixing things, working on cars, and tackling hands-on projects whenever the opportunity arises.

Jay is excited about the future at Pario and the opportunities that lie ahead. After attending recent Town Hall meetings, he was inspired by the company’s continued growth and is enthusiastic about contributing to its success. He looks forward to developing his own career within the organization, exploring new opportunities as they arise, and being part of Pario’s continued journey for many years to come.
