Kristjan Kristjansson is the Senior Vice President of ParioQuantify, where he oversees national operations in appraisal, cost consulting, and catastrophe response. With over 15 years of experience in construction, restorations and insurance claims, Kristjan specializes in large-loss valuations, scope development, and cost analysis for commercial, industrial, and public sector assets.

He has led consulting efforts on some of Canada’s most significant catastrophe events, including the Fort McMurray and Slave Lake wildfires, the Calgary floods, and widespread flood and hail claims in British Columbia. Since 2020, he has been involved in supporting every major catastrophe in Canada. His work supports insurers, legal teams, and municipalities with defensible cost assessments and coordinated claims strategies.

Known for his clear communication and technical accuracy, Kristjan brings practical insights to complex and often challenging scenarios, helping clients navigate policy interpretation, quantify losses and exposures, and resolve disputes efficiently.
